This was a thank you gift and the recipients loved it! Really well packaged during the hot weather to ensure the chocolate didn’t melt

Went above and beyond! Would highly recommend :)

Fantastic service - this made a great gift and there was great communication from the seller. Chocolate was sent with an icepack and arrived in perfect condition, despite the heatwave! I'm very impressed and will be back!

the parcel arrived on time and in good condition despite the heat nothing had melted and the parcel was still quite cold inside with all the extra hot weather precautions taken. product was exactly as described if not even better. I was extremely impressed with the message from customer service giving me the option to delay the posting until cooler weather. I needed it for my sil birthday. a huge fan of chocoloney incidentally. It arrived the next day. I would definitely recommend this site and will return myself a bit nearer christmas. a job well done. :)

Amazing customer service. It was clear that they care about their products and customer satisfaction. Product was well packaged and displayed beautifully.

Unfortunately the box arrived damaged either a chocolate bar missing. However this is absolutely not the fault of the seller and when I contacted her to explain what had happened she instantly replied and is sending a replacement.
I would recommend the seller and would buy from her again
